It can be configured either way. For high-trust feedback, you can configure anonymous check-ins where sentiment scores are tracked in aggregate. For safety or workplace friction tracking, you can configure attributed feedback so managers can immediately follow up with the worker to resolve the issue.

How does HeyPulse prevent texting workers too frequently?โ†“

Our system implements strict outreach caps. We default to checking in twice per week (on a scheduled weekly cadence). The frequency can be fully configured in your manager portal. If a worker ever finds the messages intrusive, they can reply STOP, which instantly opts them out in compliance with carrier policies.
