SMS Compliance & Opt-In Verification
This page provides public verification of the opt-in mechanisms, dashboard interfaces, and message flows used by HeyPulse. It is designed to assist carrier auditors, messaging-provider registration reviewers (Telnyx, Twilio), and The Campaign Registry (TCR) in verifying our A2P 10DLC campaign.
Operational Model: B2B Frontline Team Sentiment surveys
HeyPulse is a product owned and operated by Berry Street Research Group LLC. HeyPulse is a B2B SaaS platform used by employers to configure automated operational surveys for internal, shift-working employees. Roster records (phone numbers and names) are managed solely by verified employers, but Berry Street Research Group LLC is the registered sender and legal operator of the HeyPulse Workplace Check-Ins messaging program. Outbound messaging contains no marketing, ads, or third-party links, and is limited strictly to workplace shift-support check-ins.
Perceived sender: messages are presented as HeyPulse by Berry Street Research Group LLC. Employer customers configure roster membership, cadence, and workplace topics, but they are not the message sender under this campaign. A business that wants to send SMS as its own brand must register its own brand and campaign.

- 2. Employer certifies: before saving any phone number for SMS, the employer checks the required HeyPulse consent certification in the dashboard.
- 3. Confirmation is sent: once an opted-in number is entered into the HeyPulse roster, the employee receives the confirmation text below.
- 4. Check-ins begin: future messages identify HeyPulse by Berry Street Research Group LLC and include HELP/STOP instructions.

1The Employer Consent Interface
Before uploading an employee roster, connecting a workforce provider, or adding or editing an employee phone number manually, employers must explicitly verify they have obtained employee opt-in consent to receive workplace check-in text messages from HeyPulse by Berry Street Research Group LLC. This requirement is enforced server-side on every enrollment path. Each certification is recorded in an immutable audit log with a server timestamp, the certifying account, the enrollment surface, the number of phone numbers covered, and the version of the certification language displayed — and every enrolled phone number is stamped with the time its consent certification was made. The certification text shown below is rendered from the same source-code constant the live dashboard displays.

Keyword Logic Protocols (Standard Compliance)
HeyPulse implements the standard CTIA keywords below in its inbound message webhook. Opt-outs are written to a server-side suppression list that every outbound message is checked against before dispatch — in addition to any carrier-level blocking applied by our messaging provider. The auto-replies shown here are rendered from the same source code constants the production webhook executes.
| Keyword | Intended Action | Expected Automated Response |
|---|---|---|
| STOP / STOPALL / UNSUBSCRIBE / CANCEL / END / QUIT | Opt-out / Unsubscribe (number is added to our suppression list immediately) | "HeyPulse by Berry Street Research Group LLC: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further workplace check-in messages. Reply START to resubscribe." |
| HELP / INFO | Get Assistance Details | "HeyPulse by Berry Street Research Group LLC: Workplace check-ins. Your employer configures roster and schedule. For support, email support@tryheypulse.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out." |
| START / UNSTOP | Opt-in / Resubscribe (number is removed from the suppression list) | "HeyPulse by Berry Street Research Group LLC: You are subscribed to recurring workplace check-ins. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is voluntary. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." |
